Movie Opener Brainstorm & Research
Rise:
I liked the way they did the credits and made it look professional. They mad the music film turn full volume and got rid of background music after the guy put his headphones on to make it more realistic. The shots they were entertaining . They put music that made the theme "hustle" or "work hard or hardly working". They edited the ball hitting the screen into the coach. I love the way they blend the music with the background noises throughout the film. OTS shot. Close up
Dear Lover:
The music and scenery gives a nice, calm vibe. They crush that vibe with the rest of the scenes to give it a big contrast. They leave mystery's of what's going on to make people wonder and stay interested.
Dare to Thrill
They have a production company. They themed the letters to make a video game vibe because its all kids. The angles are nice and creative. The Music they added sets the mood of exciting and fun.
Always Watching:
The words and colors at the beginning give a scary feeling. The music and cutaway clips make the main character go from jealous to creepy until they reveal he is. The shot with the mirror was creative and deep.
White Coat:
The smoke and filters area good way to start. The cutaways and noise leave mystery and creepiness. The dark blue and black in the back and the white in all the important things create a contrast that really add to the film. The green in the box creates mystery
Summarize:
These made me realize some things I should be adding to my film based off of what i liked to see. I like to see music fading into background noise , color contrast. interesting angles, and more. These were very helpful.
